_ Have you looked into Custom Rods? We have a TFF Member.."Lady Rod Builder" that makes some fine rods. They can be made to fit most budgets and Mary Lou will work with you to make sure you get what you need. Sorry it's
taken so long to get back to you. The fishing has really just truned on in
the last week or so and we have been able to go catch a few. 2 days 3 people
( John Varner was with us once) 300 fish boated. My son Malic, has caught at
least 100 on his own with his new rod - which by the way he loves it.

won our Livingston tournament with my (Cross Timbers) purple rod. I had over
16 lbs. It has backbone enough to handle a big fish, the largest on this rod
for me was a 6.45 lb. on Rayburn
Of course,
I've won a tournament on my (Cross Timbers) purple rod !! It's gotten to the
place I have to hide it from Don so he doesn't try to sneak off with it too !!

The rod is awesome. My girlfriend is very
pleased
with it, and my other fishin' buddy was trying to
steal it from her. he he. I put a BPS extreme light
reel on it and it is one sweet setup. Hopefully she
will let me keep it in the boat so I can use it.
